  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles) for garnish
  • Yogurt for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the torn roti pieces and dry roast them until they become crispy. This will take about 5-6 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting. Remove the roasted roti pieces from the pan and set them aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted roti pieces, boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green chilies.
