- Soya Chunks

- Basmati Rice

- Curd

- Saffron

- Milk

- Ginger-Garlic Paste

- Biryani Masala

- Cinnamon 

- Ghee 

- Salt

How to make soya biryani

To make this biryani, first, soak the soya chunks in hot water and keep them aside for a few minutes. Strain the soya chunks and add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili, garam masala, and biryani masala. Add salt and kasoori methi as per taste. Mix everything Now add curd, green chillies, potatoes, carrots, and beans to it. You can also add other vegetables as per your choice. Finally, add fresh mint and coriander leaves. Mix everything well and keep it aside. Now heat some oil or ghee in a pan and add some cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, and cinnamon. Let them explode Then add onion, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato and cook it. Now add marinated soya chunks and cook them. Now soaked basmati rice, fried onions, Add freshly chopped mint and coriander leaves. Add saffron milk and ghee. Add some more water and cook till one whistle and your soya biryani will be ready in no time. Serve hot.
