Kesariya Mishri Mawa is a popular sweet of Rajasthan whose name immediately makes the mouth water. People with a sweet tooth need not wait for any special occasion to enjoy this delicious dessert. Making Kesariya Mishri Mawa is incredibly simple, and can be prepared in no time. Let's know how you can Ingredients:

1-liter milk

1/2 cup powdered sugar (Bura)

1/4 cup sugar

candy A pinch of saffron

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

1 teaspoon ghee

1 teaspoon pistachios

Instruction:

Take a deep pan and heat milk on low flame.

Keep stirring the milk continuously till it thickens and reduces to about one-fourth of its original quantity.

Keep stirring slowly until the milk becomes thick, and condensed.

Now add powdered sugar (Bura), cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron, and ghee to the milk mixture. Mix well.

Cook the mixture on a medium flame for about 5 minutes while stirring continuously.

When the mixture thickens as per your desired consistency, switch off the gas.

Pour the mixture from the pan into a container and let it cool.

When the mixture cools down, add sugar candy and mix it well with a big spoon.

Now your saffron mishri mawa is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator for some time to cool down further.

Garnish it with saffron and chopped pistachios before serving.
