Instruction:

Then take a green onion and chop its white part and leaves finely.

- Now put flour in a mixing bowl and add 1 spoon of melted ghee and mix.

-Then, add a pinch of salt and knead a stiff dough while slowly adding water.

- After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it for 15 minutes.

Now heat butter in a pan and when it melts, add finely chopped green onion and fry for about 1 minute.

Then add cooked rice, chili sauce, and a little salt and mix well.

-Keep stirring the rice for 2 minutes. Once done, turn off the flame and let the rice cool.

-Stuffing for samosas is ready.

Now take the flour and make small balls of it. Then, take one ball and roll it into a long oval shape with the help of a rolling pin.

-Cut it in half with a knife.

Now take a piece, fold it into a cone shape, and seal the edges by applying water on the edges.

Similarly, make cones of each piece fill them with rice stuffing, and seal them by applying water on the upper edges.

When all the samosas are ready, heat the oil in a deep frying pan.

When the oil is hot, fry the samosas in pieces as per the capacity of the pan.

-While frying, turn the samosas so that they get cooked evenly from both sides until they become crisp and golden brown.

When cooked, take out the samosas from the oil and drain the excess oil on a plate.
