Required Ingredients

Potato pieces - 2 1/2 cups

Pumpkin pieces - 2 1/4 cups

Ghee - 2 tbsp

Curd - 2 tbsp

Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp Bay

leaves - Two

cinnamon sticks - One

fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp

red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp

coriander-cumin powder - 2 tsp

turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

clove - two

cardamom - two

fennel seeds - 1 tsp 

mustard- 1/2 tsp

Finely chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup

Salt - as per taste

Amchur - 1 tsp

Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation: 

First of all, heat ghee in a pan and roast cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds on a medium flame for half a minute.

Later, add curd, asafoetida, red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder, and turmeric powder and cook it for a minute.

After this, add tomatoes and cook for a minute.
