Recipe: Prepare Rajasthan's special Gatta ki Sabzi like this at home!
Besan gatte vegetable is very much liked in Rajasthan. This vegetable is definitely available even in the hotels of Rajasthan. Today we are going to show you how to make Besan Gatta curry at home.
Gram flour - 1 cup
curd - cup
oil - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - tsp
Red chili powder - tsp
Ajwain - tsp
Salt - tsp
Ingredients for Gravy: Onion, Tomato, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric, Cumin, Asafoetida, Salt and Oil.
Method of preparation: - First prepare a mixture of gram flour, spices, cumin, ginger, and mint in a bowl.
Now knead this mixture by mixing curd and soda.
After this prepare the gattes of the mixture and boil them in water. Now deep fry them.
Now after the oil is hot in another pan, fry green chilies and cumin seeds in it.
Now add onion, cloves, and garlic to it.
After roasting all the spices, add the remaining curd to it.
When oil appears in the spices, then put the boiled gatta in it.
Now after cooking it for a while, switch off the gas.
Put coriander leaves on top of it.
In this way the special Gatta vegetable of Rajasthan is ready.
