Onion is very important to enhance the taste of any vegetable. Onion is used for vegetable gravies and salads. The seasoning of onion and spices greatly enhances the taste of the dish. But have you ever eaten onion curry? Its taste is so amazing that it even surpasses the taste of cheese dishes. In such a situation, if you do not have vegetables in your house then you can make onion curry quickly. So let's know about its recipe.

Ingredients to make Onion Sabzi:

4 small-sized onions, 6 big onions, curry leaves, 3 green chillies, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp mustard, salt as per taste, turmeric, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup curd

Method of making onion curry:

To make onion curry, first take 6-7 onions, peel them and wash them with clean water. Now chop these onions finely. Take 4 small-sized onions, peel and wash them. Now heat the gas and place a pan on it. Keep the gas on medium flame. Now keep a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil is hot, add small chopped onions and fry them until they turn brown. Remove them when they turn brown. After this, keep the pan on the gas again. When the pan is hot, add 2 tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add curry leaves, half a teaspoon mustard seeds, finely chopped chillies and cumin seeds. When it becomes light brown, add finely chopped onion to it. Cover the onion and cook until it turns golden brown. When the onion turns golden brown, add 1 chopped tomato to it. Now cover the onion pot again and keep it aside. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and mix turmeric, salt, half cup curd and 4 brown onions together. Now add half a cup of water to it and cover the vegetables to cook. Stir the dish again after 7 to 8 minutes. Add fenugreek for taste and aroma. Your delicious onion curry is ready. Serve onion curry with roti and enjoy.
