Recipe of the Tips: Make Rajasthan's delicious Lapsi at home, this is the method!



  • Two cups - Wheat flour
  • half cup - Jaggery
  • one cup - Ghee
  • twenty - Cashew
  • nuts ten - Almonds
  • 15 - Pistachios
  • ten - Cardamom
  • twenty - Raisins
  • two table spoon - Dry ginger powder
  • half spoon carom seeds

You can prepare it in this way:

Heat half the ghee in a pan and fry the flour in it till it turns brown.

Now pour four cups of water in the pan and melt jaggery in it.

Now add carom seeds to it also.

Now after filtering this water, flour will have to be mixed in it.

Now cook the flour solution in the pan until it thickens.

Now add cashews, almonds and pistachios, remaining ghee and dry ginger powder to it.

Finally add raisins and cardamom powder to it.

In this way your delicious Lapsi is prepared.
