2.5 cup wheat flour, 1 cup grated zucchini, 1 tsp carom seeds, 2 tsp red chili powder, a pinch of dried mango powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, oil or pure ghee for baking parathas
In a bowl, mix wheat flour and all the other ingredients well.
Knead a soft dough like chapati by adding a little water and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
Take small balls from the prepared dough and roll out the parathas.
Heat the griddle and roast the parathas one by one on low flame.
