  • Flour - one and a half cup
  • Kasuri Methi - three teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder - three teaspoons
  • Coriander powder - three teaspoons
  • Fennel - three teaspoons
  • Cumin - three teaspoons
  • Asafoetida - one teaspoon
  • as per taste Salt
  • Ghee - six teaspoons

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, mix all purpose flour and flour in a vessel and add salt and Kasuri Methi into it after crushing it with hands.

After this add black pepper powder, fennel, coriander powder, asafoetida and ghee.

Now knead the flour by adding hot water.

After 15 minutes, make small balls of it and make Mathri.

Now make a mark in between them with a knife.
