Recipe of the Day: You can make sweet and sour plum chutney with this method.


Required Ingredients:

Four cups of plums

Jaggery as per taste

Two teaspoons of black salt

Two teaspoons of mustard oil

Two teaspoons of punch phoron (cumin, mustard, fennel, nigella, fenugreek seeds)

Water (for making syrup)

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, heat oil in a pan, add panch phoron to it and temper it.

After this, add plums to the pan and cook.

Now make syrup from jaggery in water in a pan. Add two pinches of salt in it.

Now add it to the spice-mixed plum and cook.

-In this way your delicious chutney is made.
