Recipe of the Day: You can make fried broccoli rice with this method, it is very tasty.
- Broccoli Rice
- 1 Broccoli
- 8 Button Mushrooms
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Piece Paneer
You can prepare it in ten ways:
Heat oil in a pan and add tomatoes.
After 2 minutes add vegetables (except broccoli with rice) to it.
After the vegetables are cooked, add riced broccoli to the pan and fry while stirring for 2 minutes.
Now add lemon juice to it.
Take out the broccoli rice in a bowl and add cheese on top and taste it.
