Recipe of the Day: You can make delicious steamed momos with this method, you must add these things
- 250 gm all purpose flour
- 80 ml water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- Vegetables like cabbage
- green chillies
- some spices
You can make it with this method:
First of all, add salt and oil and knead the flour with lukewarm water.
Then cut the vegetables like capsicum, cabbage, carrot, paneer, onion and green chillies into very small pieces.
Then fry all the vegetables in a pan by adding salt, black pepper and a little red chili powder
Now take out their water.
Now take a chapati-like roll of flour. Now make momos by filling the mixture in it.
Now cook them in steam.
In this way your momos are made.
