Recipe of the Day: You can easily make Dhaba-style Dahi Sev curry at home


Essential ingredients:

- Two cups of curd

- One teaspoon of turmeric

- One teaspoon of chili

- Curry leaves

- Half teaspoon asafoetida

- Half cup thick sev

- Two teaspoons of oil

- Salt as per taste

- Two green chilies finely chopped

- Half teaspoon garam masala

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1 tsp mustard

Make it in this way:

First heat oil in a pan.

Now in this oil, you take cumin, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.

Now fry the asafoetida till it smells.

After this add all the spices in it.

Now cook curd in it for two minutes.

After this, put a sev in it and turn off the flame.

Lastly, put coriander leaves on top of it.

In this way your dhaba style delicious dahi sev becomes.
