Recipe of the Day: You can easily make delicious momos at home, this is the method
- 1 carrot
- 8-10 black pepper
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 large cabbage
- 2 tsp salt
- 200 grams all purpose flour
Make it with this method:
Grate cabbage in a big bowl, sprinkle salt on it and keep it aside for half an hour.
Now squeeze out the water from the cabbage and keep it in another bowl.
Now add black pepper, carrot, ginger, green chili and ginger to it.
Now knead the flour with water.
Now make small balls of the dough and make small chapatis.
Now put this mixture in that chapati and fold it in the shape of momos.
Now cook them in steam for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
