Ingredients

1-liter full fat milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

orange juice

5 drops of yellow food color

3 tbsp sugar bad

water

pistachios

2 tbsp semolina

1 tbsp flour

Method

You have to first keep the milk for heating. After the milk comes to a boil, stir it adding lemon juice and orange juice. When the milk curdles, filter it in a clean cloth and pour cold water over it. Now tie the cloth and press it well, so that the water from the torn milk comes out completely. Take out the prepared mixture on a plate. Now mix semolina, flour, sugar powder, and food color in this mixture and mash it well.

Now you have to break dough from the dough and make balls out of it. After this, you have to cook the sugar syrup by adding sugar and water to a pan on low flame. After the syrup comes to a boil, put the prepared balls in it and cover the pan with a plate and leave it for half an hour. After this, you see Kamola is ready as bhog. Garnish with pistachios, cool, and serve.
