Ingredients required:
- 1 bowl of cantaloupe
- 2-3 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- 3 tbsp roasted oats
- 1 orange carrot
- small piece of jaggery
- chopped almonds
You can prepare it by this method:
Put all the ingredients except almonds in a mixer and grind them.
Now put it in a vessel and decorate it with chopped almonds.
Now you can taste it.
