Potato and peas tikkis look very tasty to eat with tea, but have you ever tried banana flower tikki? If not, then learn its recipe here and serve it to the guests.

Material :
1 cup banana flower paste, 1 cup poha, sago (soaked 15 minutes before), 1 big onion (finely chopped), 1-inch piece ginger (grated), 1 green chili, and a bunch of green coriander finely chopped, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, oil for frying cutlets

Method :
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the onions and ginger till they turn pink. When the onion turns pink, add banana peel to it and fry it on low flame for a while. Soak the poha and squeeze out the water and put it in this pot, along with the soaked sago, also take out the water and add it.

Turn off the gas after stirring for a while. Now take it down and cool it. Then add salt, garam masala powder, green chilies, and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Make patties of this mixture and fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with green chutney or sauce.
