Recipe of the Day: This is how you can make fasting potato curry at home

Ingredients required:

- Four potatoes boiled

- Two tomatoes

- Four green chilies

- Ghee as required

- Two big cups of water

- Green coriander

- One teaspoon of cumin

- Rock salt as required

Make it this way:

First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry cumin seeds in it.

Now fry green chilies in it.

After this add tomato and rock salt to it.

Now add turmeric to it and add potatoes after a while.

After the vegetable becomes thick, add green coriander to it.
