Ingredients required:

- Four cups curd

- Ten tablespoons powdered sugar

- One teaspoon cardamom powder

- Two tablespoons saffron flakes (soaked in lukewarm water)

- Two tablespoons almond slivers

- Two tablespoons pistachio shavings

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all you have to squeeze the curd with a cotton cloth and remove all the water.

Now put this curd in a vessel and mix sugar in it well.

After this, mix cardamom powder and saffron-water in it.

Now garnish it with almond and pistachio slivers and cool it in the refrigerator.

Now you can taste it.
