  • Cardamom powder - four tablespoons
  • Rose water - four teaspoons

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, cut the cheese into small pieces in a vessel.

Now prepare one string syrup from a pan of water and sugar.

Now add the pieces of sugar syrup and cook them on low flame.

Now add cardamom powder to it and cook until the syrup thickens.

Now add a spoon of rose water in it.

In this way Chhena becomes Murki.
