Recipe of the Day: Papaya porridge smoothie is beneficial for health, make it with this method


Ingredients Required:

  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 cup Milk 1
  • bowl Papaya
  • 1 Jaggery 2
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Glass Water

You can make it in this way:

First of all, heat peanut butter in a pressure cooker and cook porridge in it on low flame.

Now add cumin, black pepper, fennel, green cardamom, jaggery and milk and mix it well.

Now add water and let the pressure cooker come for 3-4 whistles.

When the porridge is cooked, take it out in a plate and let it cool down.

Now make a soft paste of papaya in a mixie jar.

Now mix the cooked porridge with papaya paste and add water.

This is how your smoothie is made.
