Recipe of the Day: Oats soup is beneficial for health, make it delicious with these things

Today we are going to tell you an easy method of making oats-vegetable soup. This soup is very beneficial for health and can be made easily. Oats soup helps in weight loss. This soup is beneficial for PCOS, PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, pregnant and lactating women. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger-garlic
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (corn, carrot , peas, beans, cabbage)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce and tomato sauce (optional)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • water as required

You can prepare it with this method:

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Now fry the oats in it for 3 minutes. 

Then add mixed vegetables to it and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add tomato sauce and soya sauce to it. 

Now add water as required.

Cook it on medium heat till the vegetables are cooked. 

Now add chili flakes, mixed herbs, salt and black pepper. Now add some lemon juice to it and taste it.
