Small Potatoes – 1000 grams
Cardamom – Two
Cloves – Five
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
Curd – 1 Cup
Tomato – 2
tsp Cumin ( Powder) -2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -4 tsp
Cashew paste -4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil - 4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Prepare it like this:
First of all, peel the potatoes, pierce them with a fork and put them in salt water for 15-20 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden.
Mix curd and Kashmiri chilli powder in a vessel.
Heat four spoons of oil in a pan and fry fennel powder, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in it.
Now fry ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin powder in it.
Mix tomato puree, salt and cashew paste briefly.
Now mix curd-chilli powder in it and add potatoes for some time.
Now add green coriander and give it taste.
