Recipe of the Day: Make weekend special with ragi churma laddu, this is the easy way to make it
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup ragi flour
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- 8-10 cashews
- 8-10 almonds
You can make it with this method:
First of all mix the flour and put ghee in it.
Knead a soft dough with lukewarm water, cover it and keep it for 15 minutes.
Make balls of equal size from the dough and roll them into thick bhakri.
Now cook them on the griddle.
Now grind the bhakri and add dry fruits to it.
Now heat ghee in a pan and add jaggery to it.
Now put the ground mixture in it.
Add grated nutmeg to it as well.
Now make laddoos of it.
