You can make it with this method:

First of all, heat oil in a pan, add garlic and all the vegetables and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Now add all the sauces and salt to it and cook stirring again for 2-3 minutes.

Knead the ingredients of momos and roll the roti. Now cut it into four pieces and fill it with stuffing.

Now steam the momos for 5 minutes and then deep fry them in oil.
