Recipe of the Day: Make this most famous sweet dish of Hyderabad at home

Ingredients required: 

  • Dried apricots - one kilogram (soaked)
  • Apricot seeds - some
  • sugar - one and a half cups 
  • Fresh cream - half cup

You can prepare it in this way: 

First of all, drain the soaked apricots, separate the water from it and heat it in a non-stick pan.

Now add apricots and sugar and cook for five minutes.

Now make a puree of some mixture.

Now add it to the remaining apricots in the pan. 

Now add cream, and apricot kernel and let it cool. 

Now you can taste it.
