Ingredients required:

  • For the dough
  • Rice flour - four cups
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Curd - two spoons
  • For the stuffing:
  • Leftover fried rice - four cups
  • Grated ginger - two inches
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Cumin powder - two spoons
  • Green chilli - Eight chopped
  • coriander Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves

Make it in this way:

First of all, mix all the flour ingredients in a vessel, add salt, oil and curd to it and knead the dough with the help of water.

On the other hand, put fried rice in a vessel and mix ginger, green chilli, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and green coriander leaves in it.

Now make small balls of the dough, put stuffing in between and roll out the parathas.

Now heat the pan and bake the parathas on it.
