Recipe of the day: Make the weekend special with Pav Bhaji, this is the recipe
- 240 grams Cauliflower
- 1 Onion big
- 5 Pav
- 5 1/2 teaspoon Oil
- 300 grams Potato
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- Rose Petals and Green Coriander for garnishing
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 3/4 tbsp Butter
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
You can make it with this method:
First of all, cook potatoes and cauliflower in a cooker by adding butter.
Now mash them.
Now put oil/butter in the pan and cook onion and ginger-garlic paste.
Now cook the tomatoes till they become soft.
Now add pav bhaji masala and vegetable mixture and cook it with water.
Now mix Kashmiri chili powder and red chili powder and put green coriander on top.
Vegetable is made in ten minutes.
Now heat the pan, add oil/butter and cumin and bake the pav.
Now you taste the pav-bhaji.
