Recipe of the Day: Make the weekend special with baby corn vegetable
- Baby corn - ten
- capsicum - one cup
- green peas - one cup
- tomato - two
- green onions - one cup
- onion - four
- potatoes - 2
- turmeric powder - two teaspoons
- chilli powder - half teaspoon
- garam masala - two teaspoons
- salt - as per taste
- ginger - Two inches
- garlic - Eight pieces
- Oil - Four spoons
You can prepare it by this method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion-garlic-ginger paste in it for one minute.
Now fry capsicum, baby corn, potatoes, green peas and green onions for a minute.
After this, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala and fry for two minutes.
Now add tomatoes to the vegetable and cook.
Finally add salt and water to it.
In this way your baby corn becomes a vegetable.
