Recipe of the Day: Make Sweet Khoya Khurchan Paratha with this method

Required Ingredients: 

  • 400 grams khoya
  • 1/2 gram saffron
  • 800 grams of wheat flour
  • 6 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Water
  • A little kewra water
  • 100 grams of granulated sugar
  • 20 grams of cardamom powder

You can prepare it by this method: 

Mix wheat flour and salt in a vessel, add two tablespoons of ghee and knead it with the help of water. Keep it covered. 

Now soak saffron in hot water. 

Now add granulated sugar, cardamom powder and kewra water to the khoya mixture along with saffron. 

Now mix it in flour and roll the parathas. 

Now heat the pan, apply ghee and cook them from both sides. 

In this way, your delicious paratha is prepared.
