- Green chilli five hundred grams
- Half cup sesame oil
- Half cup salt
- One cup vinegar
- One cup jaggery
- Half cup cumin powder
- Half cup coriander powder.
You can prepare it in this way:
First of all cut the chilli into two equal parts.
Now add vinegar and jaggery in a vessel and cook it.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the chillies well.
After this add cumin, coriander and salt to it.
Now add jaggery and vinegar solution to it and cook it.
In this way your sweet and sour chilli pickle is made.
