Recipe of the Day: Make Shahi Matar Kofta at home, add these things necessarily!


Ingredients required:

- Red chillies whole (two)

- Green chillies ( Four)

- Tomatoes (four chopped)

- Roasted cashew nuts (eight)

- Piece ginger (two chopped)

- Cumin powder (half teaspoon)

- Garam masala (half teaspoon)

- Oil (for frying)

- Salt (as per taste)

- Turmeric (half teaspoon)

- Corn powder (one tablespoon)

You can prepare it in this way:

Grind peas and green chillies together well in a mixer.

Now add cheese, corn powder and salt to this mixture, make balls and fry them in oil.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry onion, ginger, cashew nuts, tomatoes, red chillies and spices in it.

Now grind this mixture in a mixer and prepare a paste.

Now put this paste in a pan, add water and salt to it and cook.

Now add koftas to it and cook for two minutes.

Now add cream and taste it.
