  • Milk - four liters
  • sugar - two cups 
  • sugar candy - one cup
  • saffron - a pinch of
  • cardamom powder - four teaspoons
  • Ghee - four teaspoons
  • Pistachios - four teaspoons

Prepare it by this method:

First of all, boil the milk in the pan till it reduces to one-fourth.

Now mix sugar powder, cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron, and ghee in milk cook on low flame for five minutes, and turn off the gas.

Now cool the mixture and add sugar candy to it.

Now cool it in the refrigerator and add saffron and pistachios to it.

In this way, you get delicious saffron sugar candy mawa.
