Required Ingredients:

  • Sabudana - two cups
  • chopped almonds - twenty
  • cardamom - eight
  • chopped cashew nuts - twenty
  • saffron threads - (two spoons soaked in milk)
  • Desi Ghee - eight tablespoons
  • Sugar - one cup

You can prepare it in this way:

Soak sago in water for about an hour in a vessel.

After this, heat desi ghee in a nonstick pan and fry sago in it.

Now mix it with about four cups of water and cook.

After this, add saffron and sugar as per taste in the pan.

Finally add cardamom powder, cashew pieces and almond slivers and cook for a while.
