Recipe of the Day: Make Sabudana Barfi with this method, definitely add these things


Many types of delicious dishes can be made from sago. Today we are going to tell you the method of making this delicious barfi. You might have rarely tasted this. You can make it easily. 


Sabudana - 2 cups

Milk - 6 cups

Sugar - one and a half cups

Ghee - half cup

Almond pieces - two tbsp

Cashew nuts - two tbsp chopped

You can prepare it with this method: 

First of all, fry the sago in a pan on a low medium flame for ten minutes.

Grind sago in a mixer. 

Boil whipped cream milk in a pan until it thickens and add sugar to it. 

Now heat ghee in a pan and fry sago powder in it on low flame. - After this add almonds and cashews to it. 

Now reduce the flame and add boiling milk to it.

Now add cardamom powder to it and put the mixture in a plate greased with ghee. 

Now spread the pistachios and cut them into desired shapes.
