Essential Ingredients:

  • Cashew
  • nuts - four cups 
  • Turmeric - one teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili - two teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder - one teaspoon
  • Desi ghee/butter - four tablespoons
  • Salt - as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, heat desi ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts in it for five minutes.

Now put cashews in a vessel and add turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt to it.

In this way, your roasted masala cashews are made.
