Recipe of the Day: Make Rajma Pulao with this easy method

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves/lavang
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 cup kidney beans Soak overnight and boil for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons green coriander

You can prepare it with this method:

First of all, heat ghee in a pan, add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds and fry till the aroma comes out.

Fry the onion in it till it becomes light golden.

Now fry ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.

Now fry Rajma in it for one minute.

Now add spices and 1 teaspoon salt.

After this add Basmati rice to it.

Add water and green coriander.

In this way your Rajma Pulao is made.
