Recipe of the Day: Make papaya barfi on the festival of Shitalashtami, these things will enhance the taste


Required Ingredients: 

  • 3 kg raw papaya
  • 15 tbsp milk powder
  • 6 bowl sugar
  • 6 tbsp desi ghee
  • 3 tbsp chopped dry fruits
  • 3 pinch food colour.

Prepare it in this way: 

First of all, fry the grated papaya in a pan.

Now add sugar in the pan and cook it for twenty minutes. 

Now mix desi ghee, milk powder, dry fruits in it and cook it. 

Now put this mixture in a tray greased with ghee and set it. 

When the mixture cools down, cut it into desired shapes.
