Recipe of the Day: Make Paneer Laddus on Diwali, this is the easy way to make it
- 400 grams cottage cheese
- 200 grams coconut
- 4 teaspoons walnut kernels
- 16 ground green cardamoms
- 4 tablespoons pistachio pieces
- 4 tablespoons almonds
- 20 raisins
- 200 grams milk
- 1000 grams sugar
- dry fruits
Prepare it by this method:
First of all, pour milk in a pan, add cheese, sugar and coconut and cook it.
When the mixture thickens, add raisins, almonds, pistachios and walnuts. Add and mix.
Now add cardamom and turn off the gas.
After this, cool it and make laddus.
Now decorate the laddus with dry fruits.
