Recipe of the Day: Make Mawa Lassi in the summer season, these things will enhance the taste

Required Ingredients: 

  • Fresh curd - six cups
  • roasted mawa - one and a half cups
  • dry fruits - three tablespoons
  • green cardamom - six
  • sugar - as per taste

You can prepare it in this way: 

First of all, fry the mawa in a pan while stirring on low flame.

Now put curd in a mixer jar, add roasted mawa, green cardamom and dry fruits and blend it well. 

When the mixture becomes completely smooth, put it in a big vessel. 

Now keep it in the refrigerator and cool it. 

You can add some dry fruits on top and taste it.
