Recipe of the Day: Make Malpua Rabdi on the festival of Mahashivratri!


Required Ingredients:

  • Malpua
  • Milk - two kilos
  • Sugar - three hundred grams
  • Saffron - twenty leaves
  • Cardamom - ten grams of powdered
  • Nuts - finely chopped pistachios and almonds

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, add sugar to milk in a pan and boil it on low flame for half an hour.

Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits and cook until it becomes thick.

After this, add saffron threads to it and take it off the flame.

Now keep it in the fridge for some time.

Now add Malpua to this Rabdi and taste it.
