Ingredients:
- Milk - four liters
- Rice - four tablespoons
- Ghee - four tablespoons
- sugar - two cups
- cardamom powder - two teaspoons
- saffron, chopped almonds and pistachios
You can prepare it in this way:
First of all, mix ghee well in rice.
Mix saffron in two tablespoons of lukewarm milk.
Now boil milk in a big vessel for 15 minutes and mix rice in it.
After cooking on low flame for about 25 minutes, add saffron-milk mixture, cardamom powder, and sugar to it.
Now cook it for 15 minutes.
Finally, garnish with almonds and pistachios and taste it.
