Recipe of the Day: Make Doodh Pak on the festival of Holi, this is the easy method to make it.



  • Milk - four liters
  • Rice - four tablespoons
  • Ghee - four tablespoons
  • sugar - two cups
  • cardamom powder - two teaspoons
  • saffron, chopped almonds and pistachios

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, mix ghee well in rice.

Mix saffron in two tablespoons of lukewarm milk.

Now boil milk in a big vessel for 15 minutes and mix rice in it.

After cooking on low flame for about 25 minutes, add saffron-milk mixture, cardamom powder, and sugar to it.

Now cook it for 15 minutes.

Finally, garnish with almonds and pistachios and taste it.
