- 1 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch asafoetida salt
- to taste
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp flaxseed and pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 4 cloves garlic
Make it with this method:
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin, asafoetida and chopped garlic.
