Recipe of the day: Make delicious sago khichdi by adding these ingredients


Ingredients required: 

  • 3/4 cup raw sago
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 teaspoon ghee or oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 big Tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 100 grams Fruit Chivda 
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder 

You can make this recipe:

First of all, soak sago in a bowl in water for 2 hours. 

Now put ghee and potatoes in the sago in the vessel. 

Now cover them with a lid in the steamer and cook in steam for only 3-4 minutes. 

Now add salt, powdered sugar, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chopped coriander, roasted peanut powder, fruit chivda, pomegranate seeds and lemon juice to it. 

Lastly, add green coriander to it.
