  • Sugar- two cups 
  • Saffron - four grams 
  • Pistachios - hundred grams 
  • Cardamom powder - two teaspoons 
  • Rose water - two tablespoons 
  • Rose petals - four teaspoons

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, soak the rice in water.

Now put milk in a vessel and boil it.

Meanwhile, take out the rice from the water and grind it coarsely.

Now add coarsely ground rice in milk and cook.

Now add pistachios and sugar to it.

After this, add saffron, cardamom powder and rose water to the phirni.

Cook it until it thickens.

After this garnish with saffron.

In this way, your Kesar Pista Phirni is made.
