Recipe of the Day: Make delicious paratha at home with these things, this is the method!


Required Ingredients:

  • Cabbage chopped - four cups
  • Wheat flour - four cups
  • Desi ghee - one cup
  • Coriander chopped - eight tablespoons
  • Curd - four cups
  • Green chillies - four Cumin
  • seeds - two teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder - one teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

First of all, cut the cabbage into small pieces, add salt to it in a vessel, cover it and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

Now squeeze the cabbage and throw away its water.

Now take flour in a big vessel, add all the remaining ingredients in it and knead it.

Now bake parathas with this dough on a nonstick pan.
