Recipe of the Day: Make delicious Paneer Peshawari with these things, this is the method!


Required Ingredients:

- Three cups paneer

- Four onions (chopped)

- Two tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

- Butter and honey

- Half teaspoon turmeric powder

- Two cups tomato puree

- Two teaspoons cumin

- Four tablespoons fresh cream

- Two teaspoons garam masala powder.

- Two teaspoons roasted cumin powder

- Two bay leaves

- Two teaspoons Kasuri methi

- Four tablespoons cashew paste

- Four teaspoons red chili powder

- Four teaspoons coriander powder

- Salt as per taste

This is the method of preparation:

First of all, heat butter in a pan and sprinkle cumin seeds and bay leaves in it.

Now fry ginger-garlic paste and onion in it.

After this, add tomato puree, salt and all the powdered spices and fry till the butter leaves the pan.

Now mix cashew paste and water and cook.

Now mix cottage cheese, Kasoori Methi, fresh cream and honey and cook it until the gravy thickens.

Now garnish it with green coriander and taste it.
