Required Ingredients:

  • Two cups each of semolina and rice flour
  • eight tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • four pieces of ginger
  • oil
  • two teaspoons of mustard
  • four teaspoons of cumin
  • four green chillies and onions
  • a few curry leaves
  • ten cups of water/buttermilk
  • two teaspoons of black pepper powder
  • a little green coriander
  • salt as per taste

You can prepare it in this way:

In a vessel, prepare a good mixture of semolina, rice flour, plain flour, green chillies, ginger, onion, green coriander and black pepper powder.

Now heat oil in a pan and sprinkle mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves in it.

Now prepare a paste by mixing it in the semolina mixture and adding salt and water/buttermilk as required.

Now apply oil on a non-stick pan and rub it with onion slices.

After this, spread the batter on it and cook the dosa.

Now you can taste it with coconut chutney.
