- Paneer - three hundred grams
- Onion - six
- Cashew nuts Powder - four tablespoons
- butter - six tablespoons
- fresh cream - two cups
- milk - three cups
- capsicum - two small
- black peppers powder - four teaspoons
- ginger garlic paste - two teaspoons
- salt - As per taste
- Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
You can make it by this method:
First of all, fry the paneer lightly in butter.
Now fry onion and ginger in the remaining butter.
Fry capsicum in it.
Now add black pepper powder and salt.
After this add Kasoori Methi, milk, cream and cashew nuts.
Mix cheese in it.
Now add green coriander and taste.
